Frequently asked questions
Make sure to reach out as soon as possible when you notice the error. The sooner the better. When the order is just placed, we can still make amendments in our system, and if it's sent already, we will reach out to our carrier to make changes or return the item so the order can be done over.

All our products are designed and manufactured in Europe.
When an order is placed we will aim to fulfill it as soon as possible, but being a small family run operation this can sometimes take a few days. Once the package is with the shipping carrier, it will depend on your location. We ship from Portugal, so the closer you are, the faster it would generally be. The other side of Europe could take around 5-8 business days.
