Our Commitment to Sustainability

At Volpe, sustainability isn't an afterthought – it's how we operate. Every decision we make considers its impact on the planet, from the materials we choose to the partners we work with.

Our Materials Promise

We exclusively use recycled and organic materials in every piece we create. Our polos are crafted from SEAQUAL® YARN, which contains approximately 10% upcycled marine plastic from ocean waste, with the remaining 90% from post-consumer land-based sources. Meanwhile, our cotton pieces use only certified organic fibers.

If we can't source materials that meet our environmental standards, we simply don't make the product.

European Production, Local Impact

All Volpe products are manufactured exclusively in Europe, working with Portuguese craftspeople and local artisans who share our values. This approach reduces transportation emissions while supporting communities that understand quality and care.

Our manufacturing partners undergo regular audits – both by our team and local authorities – ensuring compliance with ethical labor standards, chemical safety, animal welfare policies, and modern slavery prevention.

What's Next

As a small, family-run business, we're focused on delivering on these commitments while continuously seeking new sustainable materials and production methods. We produce intentionally small quantities – our goal is to sell through our entire collection rather than contribute to the overproduction cycle that plagues fashion.

Every piece we make is designed to find a home, not a landfill. This means no discounting to clear excess stock, just thoughtful production that respects both our customers and our planet.

Transparency matters to us. You'll find updates on our progress and new initiatives at journal.volpegolf.com, because accountability drives real change.

At Volpe we believe we are leading sustainable practices in golf apparel, one conscious choice at a time.
